This winter, 400 Gradi has partnered with Australian Mushrooms to bring three exclusive mushroom pizza creations to the menu, available for one month only from Thursday 18 June.
At the helm is founder Johnny Di Francesco, recently ranked the world’s fifth best pizza maker at the prestigious Campionato Mondiale della Pizza in Italy, who has crafted a limited-edition menu that puts mushrooms front and centre in ways you’ve never seen before.

Potato & truffle puree, Fior di Latte, roasted mushroom, parmesan, parsley oil
Mushroom Pesto
Mushroom pesto base, Fior di Latte, confit tomatoes, pancetta, fresh basil
