Terms and Conditions
Payments: We require a Credit Card Guarantee at the time of booking. Full payment to be made on the day. All events are priced in Australian dollars and include GST. A $25 per person cancellation fee will apply for no shows.
Cancellations: Cancelations must be made at least 24 hours prior to a booking or a $25 per person cancellation fee will apply. A $25 per person cancellation fee will apply for no shows. Non-attendance of any event due to illness, or for personal or professional reasons does not provide the right to refunds, or a transfer to another event.
Bookings: We require a Credit Card Guarantee at the time of booking. Reserved tables will only be held for 15 mins past the original booking time and if the table is not claimed within this period, it will be given away. A $25 per person cancellation fee will apply for no shows.
Restaurant policy: 400 Gradi exercises responsible service of alcohol. 400 Gradi does not take responsibility for any personal items that are damaged or lost. Final drinks must be ordered 20min before the end of your session.
Sitting times: Please note our sitting times for the bottomless is 2 hours. We cannot accommodate any bottomless bookings outside of these times.
Dietary requirements: Please notify your waiter of any allergens. While 400 Gradi will endeavour to accommodate requests for special meals for customers who have food allergies or intolerances, we cannot guarantee completely allergy-free meals. This is due to the potential of trace allergens in the working environment and supplied ingredients.
