Heating up Adelaide’s Food Scene: Announcing the opening of 400 Gradi Adelaide
Foodies of Adelaide, thank you for your patience – try to keep calm, ‘cause your local pizza scene is heating up to 400 degrees this summer. Fusing Adelaide’s wine scene with Melbourne’s most celebrated Italian cuisine, 400 Gradi is finally about to open its oven doors in Norwood.
It’s a moment many have been looking forward to since the decision to venture interstate was announced last year.
Situated in the lively neighbourhood of Norwood, Adelaide locals can tuck into the much-loved 400 Gradi menu, which includes their renowned pizzas, as well as a host of fine Italian fare. And you’ll be pleased to hear, all pastas are made fresh in house!
“The flavours created in the 400 Gradi cucina replicate the authentic flavours of Italy and we can’t wait to share them with the people of Adelaide. This opening has been in the works for a while now and we can’t wait to fire up the oven!”
“We pride ourselves on adhering to tradition, which is why we always follow the guidelines of the Associazione Verace Pizza Napoletana (the world authority on traditional Neapolitan pizza),” Johnny said.
Johnny’s deep-seated interest in Italian cooking sparked as a teenager, when he worked in a pizzeria so he could buy a new pair of sneakers. But his spark turned into a roaring flame.
From a part time position to owning his own restaurant group, Johnny has grown his business with the mission of sharing the flavours of Naples with the world.
“It started with Melbourne, and now the people of Adelaide can share in the experience too! We’re so excited to be joining an outstanding group of restaurateurs in the area.”
400 Gradi Adelaide will be officially opening on 21stof January 2019.
