A Slice of Spice

What happens when Curry meets Pizza? A twist on tradition!

Melburnians, your long weekend just got a whole lot better. This Labour Day, Johnny Di Francesco A.K.A World Pizza Champion and founder of 400 Gradi, is joining forces with highly renowned chef Jessi Singh – founder of Horn Please, Babu Ji NYC and Don’t Tell Aunty – to bring you a cultural food frenzy like no other.

In celebration of the upcoming Melbourne Food and Wine Festival, these talented masterminds will be marrying two famed cuisines in a tantalizing cook up. The result: an explosion of wood-fired Neapolitan Pizza topped with an array of aromatic curries and Indian spices, as well as various sides and desserts that will positively fuse such a wonderful affair.

From two chefs who have an undeniable passion for high-quality food, and cooking with a labour of love, this delicious, artistic and educational feast is not one to be missed.
